　　5月4日，匯豐控股公布，已與其在華壽險相助搭檔百姓信任告竣協(xié)議，將收購百姓信任所持有的匯豐人壽50%股權(quán)。買賣營業(yè)完成后，匯豐人壽將成為其在中海內(nèi)陸的全資控股子公司。該買賣營業(yè)尚待禁錮機構(gòu)許諾。按照中國擴大保險業(yè)對外開放的新規(guī)，本年1月1日起，中國開始打消合伙壽險公司外資比例限定。

　　除了匯豐，盟國、安聯(lián)等外資保險公司都已經(jīng)可能正在通過各類方法晉升在華合伙企業(yè)的控股比例，加大在華投資力度。外資保險掀起投資中國高潮，除了由于中國正在起勁推進金融開放政策，也由于中國保險市場正在快速增添。

　　匯豐保險舉世行政總裁張博思就暗示，中國有望成為環(huán)球最大的保險市場，增持壽險合伙公司股份浮現(xiàn)了匯豐一連投資內(nèi)陸市場的強項理睬。稀有據(jù)表現(xiàn)，2019年，外資保險公司在華保費收入同比增添近三成，明顯高于其他國度和地域。
